A multi phased upgrade of 150,000 square feet of existing space and a 45,000 square foot expansion of Holt Renfrew’s space on Dunsmuir Street in Vancouver. The scope of work completed during this upgrade project included the addition of new vendor shops like Louis Vuitton, Christian Louboutin and David Yurman, a fully licensed Bistro Café, a full exterior facade upgrade of Italian stone, unique fritted glass curtain walls, newly located beauty and cosmetics shop expansion; a complete revamp of the women’s footwear gallery, and a new state-of-the-art personal shopper apartment consisting of multiple private fitting suites.
