As builders ourselves, we love and value the craftsmanship, character, and symbolism of historic properties. These buildings tell the stories of our communities and of our profession.
Through our extensive historic rehabilitation experience and our involvement with projects listed on the National Register, we have the knowledge and practical experience required to adhere to the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
No one historical rehabilitation project is the same. Each project comes with its own complexity and combination of needs and wants to be restored. Our team has the experience to investigate existing conditions and determine effective, quality solutions for structural stabilization, water intrusion, envelope deterioration, and many other issues that are detrimental to historic structures. We also bring experience in upgrading infrastructure to allow old buildings to function in today’s high-tech environment without sacrificing the historic context.
