The Bloor Street project, its flagship location, is a 10-phased occupied renovation integrating high-end interiors, as well as full building façade replacement and mechanical and electrical system overhaul. Unique features were reinforcing the roof and constructing a new mechanical penthouse.
This project was the first phase of an 8-year rebranding of the Air Canada Centre into Scotiabank Arena which officially turned over from the ACC to Scotiabank Arena on July 1, 2018. Operation and occupancy of the centre has continued throughout construction.
Occupying floors two through seven, LoyaltyOne’s new space is extremely modern, employing such design concepts as high-end millwork and, a custom stairwell connecting the second and third floors that doubles as a seating area.
