Willis Towers Watson
This global advisory services firm engaged Govan Brown to realize their vision for a progressive tenant improvement project with high-end features that reflect the company’s worldly corporate footprint. The space features a custom European millwork ceiling and walls in the reception, boardroom, and a portion of the café areas. Additional texture and variety was added to the workplace through the inclusion of felt wall panels, as well as ceiling clouds that are draped over open ceiling areas above several workstations. Snaked linear lighting is hung from the open ceilings in the café adding visual impact. With the sophisticated design objectives, our team was cognizant of potential long lead items which arrived within two weeks of the anticipated move-in date. Our team’s coordination efforts with the trades and around the clock commitment ensured that no schedule delays were incurred, and the client was able to move-in to their space on time.
