The LifeLabs project began in December of 2015 and consisted of completing landlord and tenant renovations in the LifeLabs space simultaneously. The schedule was extremely aggressive and the budget was also heavily scrutinized allowing for very little wiggle room.
The new-build Pharma Medica building is a 125,000 foot space dedicated to medical research. The building is comprised of two floors and houses upwards of 200 patients at any one time with stays ranging from two days to two weeks.
