Comprising of two floors in the Health Pointe Building, this head office fit out for SCM Insurance is comprised almost entirely of demountable glass walls, and features a golf simulator and proposed collaborative putting green. Designed with resilient work spaces in mind, there is a seamless blend of shared collaborative spaces, and a variety of meeting areas.
In addition to the office fit-out and renovation completed on the 9th floor the previous year, Quadreal expanded to the 10th floor at 666 Burrard Street and partnered with Govan Brown to construct their space once again.
In 2017, QuadReal selected Govan Brown to complete the office fit-out and expansion of their 9th floor space at 666 Burrard Street in downtown Vancouver.
