QuadReal 10th Floor
In addition to the office fit-out and renovation completed on the 9th floor the previous year, Quadreal expanded to the 10th floor at 666 Burrard Street and partnered with Govan Brown to construct their space once again. The 17,500sf full floorplate area was the second phase. In addition to completing the floor’s fit-out, Govan Brown built a new internal staircase to connect their existing lower and upper offices. This new flight of stairs connects the 9th, 10th, and 11th floors. The space is equipped with open and closed office space, as well as a kitchen and lounge area, and a large meeting room with an operable wall to accommodate large staff meetings from all interconnected floors.
