Spread across two floors at 20 Wellington Street in Toronto, BDO’s fit-out reflects the firm’s commitment to sustainability principles and employee wellness. The space feature flexible workplaces comprised of both open and private offices. It also includes a feature staircase that connects the two floors, and alongside the staircase is a feature wall that includes a green foliage piece that accents the space. An extensive millwork package can be noted throughout the space with wood slate ceilings that line a number of the hallways. With an emphasis on amenity features, the office contains a number of conference spaces, a full service café, privacy pods, and privacy rooms. The ceiling is a mixture of exposed duct exposed ceilings and drywall “cloud” ceilings along with polished concrete floors.
