Govan Brown was contracted by Larco to conduct pre-construction services for the latest projects occurring in Hotel Vancouver. This phase of work included providing preliminary budgets and schedules for two projects –“Hotel Vancouver Discovery Level Conference Centre TI” and “Hotel Vancouver Level 16-19 Corporate Office TI and Mechanical Upgrade.
In 2007, KPMG retained Govan Brown as their construction managers to oversee the build-out of their new office in the newly constructed Bay-Adelaide Centre. KPMG was to be the anchor tenant of the new tower and leased 11 floors for their corporate offices amounting to roughly 304,000 square feet of space.

When Capital One wanted to consolidate its Toronto offices under one roof, the biggest challenge was time. They had just under a year to get through the design and construction of 120,000sf over five stories as well as move their staff from the old space to the new.
