This project involved the phased high end fit out of approximately 40,000 SF of occupied office space. The scope of work included selective back to base demolition, rework of existing mechanical, electrical, AV services and security systems, reinstallation of new flooring, wall panels, millwork, glazing and DIRTT partition systems and wall graphics. The new space has provided the client with an open concept work space, private offices, calibration rooms and meeting rooms, all interconnected with communal social gathering areas including a fully equipped kitchen and game room. Project Special features include: Floor to ceiling glass partitions, openable glass wall and wall graphics unique to the client. Additionally, by working closely with the client and design team during both the tender and construction phase, Govan Brown was able to identify and table items that offered value add, cost savings and schedule savings for the client, which kept the project on budget and on schedule.
