Govan Brown was contracted by Larco to conduct pre-construction services for the latest projects occurring in Hotel Vancouver. This phase of work included providing preliminary budgets and schedules for two projects –“Hotel Vancouver Discovery Level Conference Centre TI” and “Hotel Vancouver Level 16-19 Corporate Office TI and Mechanical Upgrade.
