In 2017, Govan Brown was retained by Purdue Pharma to complete the renovation of Tower 1 of their large Pickering facility. The tower, which is comprised of four floors, is made up of approximately 35,000sf of office space and a cafeteria area.
This project consisted of completing a full interior demolition and rebuild of a theatre in the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital. New finishes for the space included a state-of-the-art lighting and AV package, as well as new theatre style seating.
