This project involved the phased high end fit out of approximately 40,000 SF of occupied office space. The scope of work included selective back to base demolition, rework of existing mechanical, electrical, AV services and security systems, reinstallation of new flooring, wall panels, millwork, glazing and DIRTT partition systems and wall graphics.
This project was an interior renovation across two floors to suit Splunk's international expansion out of Silicon Valley. The goal of the project was to create a unique, employee-friendly workspace with features such as washrooms with showering facilities, graphic upgrades throughout the space representing the Splunk brand, considerable audio-visual upgrades and upgrades to the base build to accommodate cooling systems as prior to the upgrade, only heat was available.
A phased high-end fit-out of approximately 20,000 square feet of office space for Trend Micro, the first step involved a selective back to base demolition and rework of existing mechanical and electrical services. Success in this phase demanded that base building conditions were fully captured by the consulting team at the time of tender.
PayPal partnered with Govan Brown to fit-out their first Canadian office in the MaRS Building in downtown Toronto. Located on the 5th floor, PayPal’s office occupies 7,847sf of space.
