Comprising of two floors in the Health Pointe Building, this head office fit out for SCM Insurance is comprised almost entirely of demountable glass walls, and features a golf simulator and proposed collaborative putting green. Designed with resilient work spaces in mind, there is a seamless blend of shared collaborative spaces, and a variety of meeting areas. With an aggressive 12 week schedule for substantial completion, our team was mobilized immediately upon award, and completed the project on schedule.
