PayPal partnered with Govan Brown to fit-out their first Canadian office in the MaRS Building in downtown Toronto. Located on the 5th floor, PayPal’s office occupies 7,847sf of space. Half of the floor is an open concept design that encourages collaboration and creativity. A myriad of conference rooms, board rooms, desk sharing stations, custom wall murals, and advanced AV features are situated throughout the office. The equipment for the office is supported by an Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF) located adjacent to the break room. Our team completed this project within the aggressive eight-week schedule by identifying crucial long lead items such as HVAC components and specialized finishes in advance.
