DNATA has a significant market share in global in-flight catering, servicing 61 countries across 6 continents and servicing over 119 airlines. The project featured a 1,200 AMP electrical upgrade, full sewer and sprinkler upgrade to service 3 full-sized commercial kitchens that service over an average of 5,000 meals a day and approximately 162,000 meals a month. The space also features a full display centre and offices as well as external upgrades including renovation of the loading docks. The scope included 3 commercial kitchens and 30,000 sf of cooler and freezer space. Property features also include: Approval from 2 health authorities: Canada Food Inspection Agency, Public Agency of Canada, approval from Canada Border Security Agency, a dedicated halal kitchen, multiple commercial kitchens including Asian specific kitchens.
