This renovation for a global consulting management client is a heritage building with some salvaging and reuse of existing heritage finishes including stone and wood. The project spans over 3 floors and is a full demo and renovation of office areas.

After originally selecting Govan Brown to complete the Phase 1 portion of their office fit-up across floors eight through ten, the Arup team extended our scope of work to include Phase 2 of the project, the eleventh floor, following the successful delivery of the initial three.
