This project is comprised of an office fit out of 230,000 square feet across 11 floors at the RBC Plaza. Phase I consisted of full renovation of floors 3-5, 20, & 30 in the South Tower, partial renovation of the 3rd floor in the North Tower and the 8th floor in the South Tower.
In 2017, Govan Brown was retained by Purdue Pharma to complete the renovation of Tower 1 of their large Pickering facility. The tower, which is comprised of four floors, is made up of approximately 35,000sf of office space and a cafeteria area.
The Rogers Sharespace project transformed a three-story, 1Msf warehouse in Brampton into Rogers’ new offices. Occupied throughout construction, the project was completed in multiple phases of roughly 80,000 to 90,000sf each.
