In 2008, Govan Brown was awarded by way of competitive RFP process, the rights to complete RBC/RBC Dexia’s tenant fit-up in the newly constructed RBC Centre. Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, the new RBC Centre was a new LEED office tower with 1.
Penguin Random House retained Govan Brown in 2014 to build a large space in downtown Toronto that would act as a consolidating space for multiple offices that had leases expiring the following year. The newly acquired space amounted to 52,000 square feet spread across 3 floors, two of which are connected by a new internal staircase.
In addition to the office fit-out and renovation completed on the 9th floor the previous year, Quadreal expanded to the 10th floor at 666 Burrard Street and partnered with Govan Brown to construct their space once again.
In 2017, QuadReal selected Govan Brown to complete the office fit-out and expansion of their 9th floor space at 666 Burrard Street in downtown Vancouver.
