Shortly after Govan Brown partnered with MEG Energy, the energy sector took a hit due to oil prices, which stalled construction kickoff of MEG’s new offices. This was an opportunity to truly leverage the design-build/construction management partnership the team had established.
PayPal partnered with Govan Brown to fit-out their first Canadian office in the MaRS Building in downtown Toronto. Located on the 5th floor, PayPal’s office occupies 7,847sf of space.
