In 2011, Altera retained Govan Brown to complete an unoccupied renovation of 2 floors on 150 Bloor Street West in Toronto. The space was comprised of 51,000 square feet and occupied the 4th and 6th floors of the building.
Located in an older brick and beam building, the new build consisted of 2.5 floors and 28,000 square feet of office space and was completed in two phases.
Located in close proximity of their old building, the newly leased 34,500 square foot space was renovated with the purpose of creating a fully modernized office for an ever increasing staff.
ARUP, the global engineering and design consultancy, consolidated its Toronto operations into a 60,000 square foot contemporary office reflecting the organization’s progressive values and collaborative workplace culture.
