In 2016, Loyalty One retained Govan Brown to complete a relocation project that would transition their staff from their previous office 438 University Avenue to the newly built Globe and Mail building at 351 King Street East in downtown Toronto.

Open Text

After the lease for their old location expired, Open Text sought a new space. They settled on a LEED-certified heritage building located in Ottawa’s Byward tourist area. The premises spans across five floors and totals 35, 000 square feet.
